Ingredients:

1 Avocado

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 Medjool dates or 1/4 cup maple syrup or 1 banana as a sweetener

1 tsp rosella powder

1 tsp vanilla powder (optional)

1/4 cup milk of choice

 

Toppings:

Berries of choice
 

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients except for toppings in a food processor until smooth

  • Scoop over in 2 small jars or bowls and add berries on top

  • Perfect snack or dessert!
