Ingredients:


1 frozen mango, cut in pieces. Or use any light color fruits like pineapple or banana, to keep the vibrant green color.(fiber, complex carbs, vitamins as a sweetener)

2 handful leafy greens (spinach, kale, bok choy) (phytochemicals, minerals and vitamins, fiber, calcium)

Thumb size fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory)

1 tbsp ground flax seeds (fiber and protein)

1 tsp ground matcha (anti-oxidants)

2 cups of water
 

Instructions:


-Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth.
-Transfer in 2 glasses and enjoy!
