Ingredients:
1 can white beans, drained
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp ground red ginger
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp filtered water

Instructions:

-Blend everything in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth. Add more water if it’s too thick to blend.
-Add salt and pepper according to taste.
-Great and simple dip for veggies sticks, crackers or on toast instead of butter/mayo. -Enjoy!
