Ingredients:
1/3 cup of frozen blue berries
Handful of kale, washed and stems removed
1 frozen banana
1 tsp matcha powder
Few sprigs of fresh mint
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 cup filtered water

Instructions:
Blend everything on high speed in a blender until smooth.
Transfer the smoothie in a tall glass or in a jar with lid for on the go.
Enjoy!
